Farmhouse of the Palms is a more than 200-year-old traditional ‘quinta’ in São Brás de Alportel, built around a central courtyard with old fountain. We carefully and lovingly restored the quinta and the result is a beautiful house combining modern interior with original and old features. Due to its size, age and location, the quinta is one of the most impressive farmhouses in the region. We believe the property once belonged to a rich cork farmer who also owned all adjacent land down to Sao Bras valley, over which our quinta has commanding views. Because of its location, our B&B is ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. The highlights of our B&B are the spacious rooms, the stunning outdoor pool in black mosaic, the minimalist interior decoration, the lush garden with lots of flowers and trees and the several outdoor terraces. Our 5 rooms, all of which are different, are spacious (30m2 to 60m2) and are designed and decorated using natural elements like wood, natural stone and white color to inspire tranquility. All rooms are ensuite, equipped with all modern conveniences and all have private terraces for guests to relax with a glass of excellent Portuguese wine.
