After pickup of participants in Coimbra, we start a panoramic tour, where we will pass through several wine estates and in one of the oldest and most traditional wineries in the region, we will take a break to visit. We will have direct contact with the "terroir", the grapes, the deep and fresh tunnels where the nectars rest and we will do a wine and sparkling tasting. After the winery, the next stop is at a restaurant where we will understand the secret of making the "crispy" skin typical of the pig roasted in Bairrada and also its flavor.
