Lisbon, capital of the old Portuguese Empire, with the Tagus River at its feet.We will start at Largo do Carmo, where the Revolution of April 25, 1974 brought freedom to Portugal, after 41 years of long dictatorship. There you will know the most important part of the revolution story, which is told in the book that I wrote.
